I accept payment through paypal.

Shipping time: Ready to ship products ship 2-3 days after payment.
Products made to order or custom made can take up to a week.

Shipping method: I use the ELTA (Hellenic post) and i ship by Priority Registered Mail to Greece, and International Priority Mail Internationally. In that way we can all be sure that the items don't get lost and arrive safely!

Wrapping: I always wrap everything carefully and really nice in boxes or pouches as gifts and I use bubble-wrap, so you can be sure that your item will not arrive broken.

Delivery time: Always keep in mind that delivery time does not really depend on me. Usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks to Europe and 2-3 weeks to the rest of the world, but delivery time can vary. If you are shopping on holidays like Christmas etc. plan your orders in advance because there might be a delay.

*In Greece the post office works Monday to Friday.

Children: Polymer clay items are not edible, they are just decorative,so make sure to keep them away from young children or supervise them always because there is a chocking hazard.

Paper products: They are not waterproof.

Caring: Polymer clay and my other products are durable. I have been wearing my jewelry for long and they are still great! But you should be careful: do not wear them when showering or swimming. If you have to clean an item, use a dump cloth or baby wipes. I always secure my items together with glue, but if you have any problem or need some advice, feel free to contact me.
